END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using {{APP NAME}} (“Application”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

{{APP NAME}} integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s API to:

  • {{Describe what your app does — e.g., sync invoices, generate reports, push sales data, etc.}}

  • Retrieve and process authorized accounting data

  • Provide analytics, automation, or reporting features

The Application operates independently and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc., except as permitted through the QuickBooks Developer Program.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or modify the Application

  • Resell or redistribute access

  • Use the Application in violation of law

4. QuickBooks Data Access

By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize us to:

  • Access accounting data you approve via OAuth authorization

  • Process such data to provide Application functionality

We access only the data necessary to operate the Application and do not access data outside of granted permissions.

You may revoke access at any time from within your QuickBooks account settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Ensure you have authority to grant access to your QuickBooks data

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your accounting data.

We do not claim ownership of any QuickBooks or financial data accessed through the Application.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate this Agreement

  • Required by law

  • Required by Intuit policy

Upon termination:

  • Access to your QuickBooks data will cease

  • Stored data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Accuracy of synced financial data

  • Compatibility with future QuickBooks changes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, {{YOUR COMPANY NAME}} shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or your jurisdiction).
